Return Policy

Bopalacious features a handpicked collection of vintage records, printed matter and memorabilia that vary in age and condition. We strive to accurately describe, scan, photograph and record each item, and do our best to visually and play grade. Please note that sound systems vary; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for how different turntables and styli may affect audio quality. We carefully color-correct images, but we cannot guarantee color consistency across different digital screens. By purchasing an item, buyer agrees to our return policies, have read the full description, viewed all available scans and/or photographs, listened to entire sound recordings and referred to our Record Condition Guide when applicable. Bopalacious is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage or theft while your purchase is in transit, whether within or outside the United States. We make every effort to provide excellent service, but we cannot control how a parcel is handled once it has been mailed. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

Terms and Conditions for Returns:
1. Returns of eligible items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We work hard to provide exceptional product information but errors could occur. Should a mistake happen, we will make an effort to correct your order, either by issuing a full refund or adjusting the selling price (a partial refund) if you choose to keep the item.

2. An item may be returned or price adjusted if it is shown that we grossly misrepresented it in the description. Items marked “Final Sale” or sold in-person are not eligible for return or price adjustment.

3. If there are any issues with your order, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your package. You also agree to provide us with scans and/or photographs of the item and packaging upon request.


4. Returned item must be unaltered and accompanied with any original purchase order receipt, vendor packaging, pricing or company sleeve, cover, picture sleeve, dust cover, etc. that came with the item and shipment. Return will be refused if any of the aforementioned is replaced or missing and/or if the item is in different condition then how it was sent, including odors such as cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to deny any return based on the returned condition.

5. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days after your return request has been approved.

6. For both domestic and international approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must pack the item in the same or better packaging than how it was received. Bopalacious is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage or theft that occurs during return shipping.
